Thanks for stopping by, we are so pleased you’ve landed here. Let’s get your started on your Pilates journey!

Here’s how it works…

We recommend that you have attended either an Introductory Course or an Introductory Private session before you book into one of our Reformer classes. This is to ensure we find the class most suitable for you and to make sure you understand how to safely use the studio apparatus.

Take a look below at our beginner course section, and get in touch if you can’t find a slot suitable.

If you have attended before feel free to book into a group class with the following instructions.

  1. select your class; choose from group Reformer, Matwork and Barre or Private Solo/Duet sessions.

  2. Select your teacher; or opt for any available.

  3. Select your preferred time.

  4. Complete your booking information and voila…you’re booked.

Packages.

The greatest way to gain consistency with your practice, and a cheeky discount too. Packages offer discounted classes by bulk purchasing. Here’s how to book…

  1. select your PACKAGE; choose your style of class (Matwork/Barre, Reformer or Private Solo/Duet) and decide if you want a pack of 4 or 8 classes.

  2. ADD TO CART; here you input your information.

  3. CONFIRM PURCHASE.

  4. USE CREDITS NOW OR LATER; select whether to book your classes now or later. If choosing later you will need to refer to your confirmation email for the booking code.

  5. BOOK YOUR CLASSES; select the class times you wish to book as per above instructions. Don’t forget your booking code if coming back later.

Please note all credits must be used before package expiry.

  • Group Studio Experience; learn the Pilates method through spring resistance on the studio apparatus.

    Learn to use the Classical Pilates Apparatus starting with the Reformer; a moveable carriage connected to springs for resistance.

    Classes are based around the Reformer but may include use of other pieces within the studio.

    We will guide you through the Reformer repertoire, building not only your knowledge of the system but your strength to master it too.

    Each class is kept to a max of 4 people to ensure quality hands on teaching, giving you the confidence to progress and challenge yourself as you grow with the method.

  • Simply You and Your Mat; build strong foundations and awareness with the incredible Matwork.

    Originally designed as ‘homework’ but still an integral part of the full system.

    You will learn the Classical Pilates Mat repertoire which works the entire body, helping to improve stamina, strength and flexibility.

    Each exercise is executed with precision and focus, to give you greater control of your body along with an increased awareness and understanding of HOW your body can move.

    With max 10 per session this ensures you can still get quality hands on teaching to help you progress.

    A perfect compliment to training on the apparatus and something you can take anywhere with you!

  • The Sought after Fusion Class; Ballet technique & Pilates creates the ultimate combo for flexibility & strength, with an added flare of creativity!

    Using a mixture of ballet technique and Pilates exercises it targets your glutes, thighs and core, ensuring you get a full-body workout with each session. It is the perfect way to sculpt your body using low impact, high-intensity exercises, focusing on your posture and alignment with each exercise.

    Our classes are fun, powerful and progressive. Each block brings new choreography, new music and new challenges to keep you learning and growing whilst building that strong defined body.

    No previous ballet or Pilates experience necessary, just the desire to have fun moving!

  • Dive Deeper; private tuition is the perfect way to master the Classical Pilates method & build deep rooted strength

    A fantastic way to introduce you to the method or improve on your existing practice.

    Each session can be tailored to your specific needs to allow you to work on the areas you feel need the most attention.

    You will be guided across multiple pieces of apparatus to give you a full understanding of Pilates; a great way to really get to grips with your body and understand the fundamentals of the Pilates method.

    Choose from a ‘Solo’ or ‘Duet’ sessions.
