Where I will be keeping you updated on all you need to know about the opening of the very first Victoria Rose Pilates Studio!
I am very excited to be opening my first Classical Pilates Studio right here in Norwich.
What that means?
The studio will feature all classical pieces of apparatus such as Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, High Chair, Ladder Barrel and so much more!
You will have access to Reformer Pilates classes, Pilates Matwork classes and Group or 1:1 sessions that give you the full experience of what it means to train in a classical Pilates studio.
I will also be offering my highly sort after Barre classes, which bring my dance training into practice with a focus on using ballet technique fused with pilates to create the ultimate fun, upbeat workout!

Where will the studio be?
The studio will be in Bowthorpe, just west of Norwich.
You will be able to find us within 15 minutes of the city centre or you can swing by via the handy a47. Making it accessible from almost anywhere in Norwich/Norfolk!

What Pieces of Apparatus will you have?
There will be 4 Reformers, 4 Tower units, 3 Wunda Chairs/High Chairs, a Ladder Barrel, a Cadillac and some small barrels and spine correctors.
Plus you will find mats, small props such as magic circles, balls, bands and weights. Along with Ballet Barres for the Ballet inspired Barre classes.
when will you open?
We aim to open our doors Monday 6th January, but we will be offering those on the waitlist a chance to see the space in December!
will there be parking?
Yes, there is free parking at the studio, along with parking on the main road leading to the site.
what classes will you be running?
There will be group reformer, group apparatus, group matwork, group barre class & private/duet tuition.
